Return Process

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address for easy printing.

  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box, and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
